Irene and Gabriel will share some of their favourite flamenco songs, sharing thoughts and stories. Gabriel eventually will also jump on the guitar. This artistic collaboration came to life from a series of conversations and songs that both artists have been exchanging for some time and that is a living archive called “Esta casa huele a gloria”.

Irene is fascinated by the curative essence of Flamenco. From its origins to the present day, flamenco has served as a form of emotional and body therapy: depending on the 'palo' (type or rhythm) being sung or danced, a specific emotion is addressed. A Gabriel le interesa ahora mismo sobre todo los cantes arcaicos de jerez y cantes viejos en general.

Gabriel Fernández is a flamenco artist - singer and guitarist, he was born in Barcelona. He is part of the Tanzboden Tempelhof in Berlin.
