Following the high-voltage singles “Resale Teng”, "Nzungu" and "Uta Tentuka", Congolese DJ and producer DJ Renaldo delivers his long-awaited debut EP “Nzungu”, out on September 4 under Moonshine Music. It’s amapiano with a Congolese twist — full of street energy, heavy percussion and raw dancefloor power. "Nzungu" confirms Renaldo’s place as one of the most exciting voices in the global dance underground.

Named after the Lingala word for “cooking pot”, the six-track EP draws from the heat, chaos and community of shared spaces — both literal and musical. Across collaborations with Meneer Busta, Samarino, DJ Matoss, The Gucci and Joss Urban, Renaldo simmers stories of pride, betrayal, sensuality and street life into a sound that’s rhythmic, urgent and unmistakably rooted in Congo.
