We sit down with Sara; lilipad’s founder and a social change advocate with 15+ experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors as an operations specialist and nonprofit leader.

lilipad is a non-profit organization that builds and operates multilingual libraries for children in underserved communities, particularly within refugee accommodation centers and schools. They create safe, inviting spaces filled with diverse books and run creative workshops to foster literacy, emotional well-being, and community, with several locations both internationally & locally in Berlin.
