This month, we’re welcoming the makers of Lose fäden: A Mixtape of Post*Migrant Histories of the 90s in Germany.In this 60-minute show, we dive into how migrant communities and people affected by racism have been organising since the fall of the Berlin Wall. From protests to community centres, refugee camps to youth clubs — people have been building resistance and creating change, even if their stories rarely make the headlines. Melmun Bajarchuu, Tran Trang and Miriam Schickler will give us a look behind the scenes of the making of the podcast and share some music that emerged from these contexts of migrant and anti-racist organising of the 90s.
