Leil will demonstrate their activism and use of art as a collective ritual to reflect on injustices and serve liberation struggles, not as an alternative to them. We will discuss Leil’s impactful work with different political projects and feature a selection from their sound work and their decolonial and transfeminist music research project Sound Liberation Front.
