Part 1 of this 100% special kicks off with a mixtape direct from Taipei's underground hip-hop scene, with a set curated by WADE DAO:

Part 2 continues to explore these niche corners of Mandopop, where elliephunk and J!NG hand-pick their favorite tracks – though perhaps lesser-known – from Mando R&B and hip-hop subgenres. On the old-school end, they dig into the catalogues of long-time legends like Jay Chou 周杰倫 (widely referred to as the "King of Mandopop"), CoCo Lee 李玟 (often described as “Asian Mariah Carey”), and David Tao 陶喆 (credited with popularizing R&B in the Mandopop industry). On the modern-day selection side, expect cuts from singer-songwriters J.Sheon 街巷, Julia Wu 吴卓源, GorDoN 國蛋, alongside Jiuwei 九维, plus Soft Lipa 蛋堡, rooted in underground Mando hip-hop.
