Lorena walks multiple paths – simultaneously, intentionally, without hierarchy. Each practice matters. Each transforms.
She shapes digital spaces with technical precision and human intuition. Since 2024, she has led the „Digital Hub" project at Berlin Global Village gGmbH – a vibrant interface where analogue encounter meets digital participation. Earlier roles in online marketing, e-learning consultancy, and science communication sharpened her conviction: technology is never neutral. It always bears the imprint of those who build it.
Alongside, she deepens her thinking at the intersection of power and diversity – from a Bachelor's in Digital Communication through Cultural Studies to her current Master's in Critical Diversity & Community Studies. As a lecturer, she brings this knowledge into seminars like "Maafa vs. Colonialism" – not as abstract theory, but as a tool for reading the world critically.
And she tells stories. At readings and workshops, Lorena shares 120 years of Afro-German family history – not as distant chronicle, but as a living archive from kitchens, living rooms, and streets of this city. This practice does not stand apart. It stands equal – with the same authority, the same resonance.
As a mother and a fourth-generation Afro-German, she lets these threads glow side by side: code, concepts, memory. Three movements. One life. Without compromise. With full presence.
Some résumés draw a line. Lorena's draws a pattern – multifaceted, resilient, alive.
