Heartland | milktea

In this instalment of Heartland, milktea showcases contemporary Central Asian artists of all background and identities, concentrating on electronic musicians and producers that work with experimental, ambient and bass music.

'Heartland' is an outdated term from the 20th century that was used to describe areas that included Central Asia. For this show, the term was reimagined and taken back to represent and give back to the people - a real creative heart of the land.
