»Dualities« is conceived as a curated journey through music and spoken word: a sound experience designed to evoke and hold emotions, paired with mindfulness impulses and reflection prompts. Interplaying between sound and voice, the show explores the coexistence of opposing emotional states, inviting listeners to move beyond binary thinking and surrender into a more nuanced inner landscape. While mindfulness and self-work is often presented in a narrow language and for a specific audience, »Dualities« creates an inclusive space where light and shadow, softness and darkness, introspection and energy are all equally welcome.
