Dimitra Zina invites: Studio 34 | Rhea Sode & Dimitra Zina

“Dimitra Zina invites” returns to Refuge Worldwide with “Studio 34” — a four-part feel-good series curated around a special occasion. Each episode features a different guest from the Berlin scene, sharing sounds that move through jazz, soul, funk, house, and disco.

The series kicks off with musician and sound engineer Rhea Sode joining Dimitra Zina b2b for the first time. Known for her genre-fluid vinyl sets, Rhea weaves rhythms and moods with a focus on meaningful lyrics and instrumentation. She’s been working for Analogue Foundation, collaborated with Russ Elevado, Kamasi Washington, Kahil El’Zabar, and Sound Walk Collective with Patti Smith, and hosted a monthly night at Analogue Foundation’s Jazz Kissa-inspired Bar Neiro.
