The Brahma takes on a an hour long personal journey through his love of Raï music. Raï, coming from the Arabic word الرأي (meaning "opinion"), has been and still is an important way to express anger, emotions, love, and also political topics.
The Brahma chose Raï because it represents one of the many things North Africans have in common such as music, food, and dialect. At the end of the day, they all share the same roots: Amazigh origins.
Unfortunately, they also share a painful history, colonized by the same powers who not only left deep scars but contributed to dividing through borders, tensions, and a sense of separation that never existed before.
Raï music remains a unique genre that continues to connect Brahma as a Moroccan, with his North African brothers and sisters.
