City Slang: songs we have in common | Efterklang

With City Slang and Efterklang

Danish indie rock vanguards Efterklang just released their new album "Things We Have In Common", and it feels like they’ve come full circle. The sound is a lot more open and inclusive compared to their earlier albums, like Parades, but it still has that Efterklang touch, with beautiful orchestral and electronic elements. They collaborated with international musicians like Mabe Fratti and the South Denmark Girls' Choir on a couple of songs, which adds a really unique layer. It’s a really healing, reflective album—worth a listen if you like music that’s both experimental and emotional.

The band's core members are Casper Clausen (vocals), Mads Brauer (electronics, keyboards), and Rasmus Stolberg (bass). For this show Rasmus has put together and mix of influences and bands favourites, enjoy!
