Radio Radio Radio: Broadcasting workshop series

Bringing young people into community radio.

Applications are now open for a new broadcasting academy running throughout the month of August.

This workshop series is part of Radio Radio Radio, a new Erasmus+ project which will be running until October 2026. The project, which is co-hosted by several community radio stations from across Europe, aims to introduce young people to community radio as a medium, teaching a broad range of skills through podcast recording, workshops, and short-term residencies.

The workshop will be split across four sessions to give participants a general introduction into the medium of community radio:

  • 3rd August: An introduction into music journalism

  • 10th August: Storytelling techniques

  • 24th August: Organising your music in Rekordbox

  • 31st August: DJing on CDJs

The sessions will be held from 18:00 - 19:30 at our space in Niemetzstrasse 1, 12055 Berlin. If you would like to take part, apply here by July 23rd.
