Forest Walk - A Day In The Woods

Let’s take a minute and go connect (and disconnect) in nature. In collaboration with the mission-driven drinkware brand, Dopper, we are hosting 50 folks (via RSVP) to join for a walk through the forest, with plenty of fun surprises along the way.

The theme for the day’s discussions is how we challenge ourselves, each other, and the world around us? How do we break patterns that we have accepted as given? Whether that is personal ideas of self-care or bigger, systemic issues like the fight against single-use culture and Big Water, our programme on Saturday 15th August seeks to spark conversation about challenging the status quo.

Starting the day at our Niemetzstraße 1 with a crew brunch and special radio show, we’ll be gifting everyone a Refuge Worldwide x Dopper water bottle and enjoying a customization session with our sticker packs - so your bottle will be unique to you.

We’ll then take a private coach from Niemetzstraße to Grunewald for a forest walk and lunch. After a quiz onboard the bus - yes, there will be prizes - we have a route mapped out for a beautiful walk, and folks will be encouraged to get to know each other with some conversation cards. At the half-way point, we will pause for some lunch and a live performance, before finishing the walk and heading back to Niemetzstrasse on the coach.
