Something Black

Born and raised in South Africa, Shasha, aka Something Black, is a children’s book illustrator, record collector and DJ. As part of the ‘Scratched Grooves’ collaboration, he explores vinyl records that were once banned and physically damaged by the apartheid regime to prevent them from being played on the radio.
