Mez

Mez is an ATLien, DJ and radio host currently based between Berlin and Lisbon. Before that, she lived in New York, where she held residencies at TBA Brooklyn and Cameo Gallery, played at Good Room, co-founded the Brooklyn collective MATES, and independently produced events, including chocolate-scented parties inside an active chocolate factory. She has since played at Commune in Atlanta, Million Goods in NYC, and appeared on Room 303 Radio in Tokyo, East Side Radio in Lisbon, and THF Radio in Berlin.

Today, Mez hosts The Bechdel Test on Refuge Worldwide, foregrounding femme and female artists through selections that move freely across genres, eras and scenes.
