Hildashaus e.V.

Hildashaus e.V. is a Berlin-based non-profit working alongside FLINTA* aged 40+ with displacement experiences, particularly those navigating structural and social exclusion in Berlin.

Through an intersectional, community-based, multilingual, and culturally grounded approach, we reduce access and language barriers while responding to the multidimensional wishes and realities of our community members. We foster restorative wellbeing, strengthen social cohesion, and build income pathways within the cultural field.

Our work centers collaborative storytelling and creative production as collective practices that challenge individualistic and extractive systems that separate knowledge from lived experience, culture from survival, and creativity from economic value.

Together, we uplift embodied knowledge rooted in food, art, ritual, oral traditions, collective care, history, and ancestral and intergenerational memory, forms of wisdom often marginalized within Eurocentric frameworks.
