Edna Martinez is a Colombian Caribbean DJ, curator and producer based in Berlin, known for bringing champeta and the Picó sound system culture to international stages. Her work blends deep basslines, electronic textures, and diasporic rhythms including the SWANA world, drawing from global sound system traditions to create expansive musical journeys rooted in joy, creativity, and collective memory.

Beyond DJing, she develops curatorial and research projects that amplify overlooked sonic cultures, and shares her work through radio, writing, and audiovisual formats.
