Cinelogue

Cinelogue is a non-profit streaming platform that provides a collaborative space for film curation and critical dialogue by showcasing the cinema of the Global Majority – people from formerly and currently colonized regions who make up over 80% of the world’s population. Founded in 2022 by Rehana Esmail, Cinelogue has released over 100 rare and critically acclaimed films through collaborative programs curated by individuals and collectives in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and their diasporas. Offering a weekly release schedule and a growing library of under-distributed films, Cinelogue promotes local understanding and inter-regional connections between different films and their makers through a uniquely contextual and curatorial approach.
