Unmasking | Smugsie & Babe Gorgeous

Smugsie’s series ‘Unmasking’ delves into the intersectionality of neurodivergence with music/music spaces, opening up conversations with fellow neuro-divergents within the music community about their journey through their neurodivergency.

With each guest, Smugsie will discuss how we can learn how to express intra/interpersonal needs to others and unmask, covering themes such as; relationships, self-regulation, communication, and visibility. Mixed in are some tunes selected by each guest that are relevant to their journey to unmasking.

In this episode of Unmasking, Smugsie will be talking with Berlin based promoter and DJ, Babe Gorgeous. Having met through Femme Bass Mafia’s production mentoring programme, Smugsie and Babe Gorgeous bonded over their love for bass and a shared understanding of navigating their neurodivergence and unmasking.
