TRIALS 2011 iPod Archive Edition | JADA

You’re invited to travel back in time to 2010–2011.

These are selected tracks from an old iPod that has never been synchronized with any library other than the one I had on my stepfather’s computer back in 2011.

I was just 15 years old at the time. I didn’t have any DJ friends, no role models to follow, and no real orientation when it came to discovering music. I was simply exploring, digging through sounds, following my curiosity, and collecting tracks that spoke to me.

Looking back, I realize that I had already discovered my passion for digging long before I even knew that the term existed.

This episode is a snapshot of that time — a glimpse into the music I was discovering completely on my own, with no blueprint, no guidance, and no idea where the journey would eventually take me.
