Subsidence is a recurring show about grounding and mindfulness, a place for meditation and for restarting the day. Each episode moves through texture and tone, from ambient to spoken word and folk music, as well as field recordings, healing frequencies, and sometimes experimental or downtempo. The aim is a room where you feel at home and at rest.

The name refers to the slow sinking of the earth's surface, which is the feeling I want to invite: settling downward and coming back to the body. Now more than ever, ambient music is used as meditation and comfort, and it genuinely helps us find our way through the world, reflect, and return to ourselves

For future episodes, I’d like to turn to research, following Bulgarian folklore and instrumental music and field recordings I collect throughout the region while staying true to the concept of meditative and retrospective music.
