How can artists and cultural institutions continue to serve their communities in a climate of restriction? With a focus on the current cultural scene in Berlin, the panel will discuss communication and censorship in times of resistance. The panel hopes to offer ideas and solutions around community building whilst maintaining individual values and ethos.
