Her approach to the show is deeply influenced by her exposure to Somali music in Germany through recordings and concerts by artists like Magool and Maryan Mursal, as well as Somali weddings and Buurambur. To celebrate and honour these traditions, a special guest will join us to discuss the tradition of Buurambur and its unique form of spoken poetry.
