Leading up to Gaswerk Music Days festival, this ongoing series on Refuge Worldwide introduces selected artists from the festival lineup alongside voices connected to the residencies hosted at Gaswerk. Returning in summer 2026 for its fourth edition, the festival unfolds across two weekends with six days of concerts and special formats dedicated to Radical Live Music, bringing together experimental electronics, African sounds, jazz, noise, avant-pop, kraut, improvisation and dance music.

For this episode, Letizia Trussi welcomes Kenneth Scott ahead of his August 1 performance at BLOCK1 - a powerful A/V live show combining striking visual language, immersive sound design and live percussion. Through Kenneth’s music, original productions and carefully chosen selections, the show traces the atmosphere of PULSE & CURRENT, a festival day shaped by complex rhythms, expanded instrumental approaches and exploratory electronic forms, where tension and release, attentive listening and physical movement meet in fluid exchange.
