Recharge and Resist | OYA Bar Collective

Oya is a queer feminist collective and bar. A community-driven place that aims to create a safer and homelike environment for marginalised communities and individuals.

As members of Oya Bar and Collective Gizmo (aka 6zm, musician, producer, and media technician) and Mouna (videographer and visual artist) will share their experiences.

In this one-hour show, we’ll reflect on the herstory of Oya, look at how it functions as a collective, and discuss the challenges it faces in today’s political and economic climate.
