Partisan Records | The Healing Power of Horses

Partisan Records is an independent record label hailing from New York, with offices in LA, London, and Kreuzberg, Berlin. They put out great music from artists like Geese, Cameron Winter, PJ Harvey, Ezra Collective, IDLES, Cigarettes After Sex, Fontaines D.C., Laura Marling, NoSo, and Blondshell, as well as three generations of Kutis: Fela, Femi, and Mádé. Each month, we bring you a special Refuge Worldwide show, sometimes hosted by Ellie, but often by our artists, or by friends and family of the label.

The Healing Power of Horses is a duo formed by two musicians based in East Anglia, UK, who prefer to keep their identities and story shrouded in mystery. They spend, by their own admission, too much time in the attic making music, and that insular, DIY spirit runs through everything they make. Signed to section1, Partisan's LA-based sister label, they move fluidly between everything.
