Off Center | Val Clipp, Scene 1997 & Lukatoyboy

Off Center is a label and community platform with a focus on experimental music and social design currently run by Val Clipp (Luca van Grinsven) and Scene 1997 (Hilde Wollenstein) from their hub in The Hague, Netherlands.

For their ongoing Community Podcast series they have invited Berlin based artist Lukatoyboy (Luka Ivanović) to link up on Refuge Worldwide, for an exchange of music and thought.
