Madame Gandhi in conversation with Kiran Bhumber: Music, Activism and the Climate | MUTEK Montréal

Madame Gandhi (Kiran Gandhi), award-winning artist and activist, opens the final day of MUTEK Forum in an exclusive conversation presented by EarthPercent, a charity co-founded by Brian Eno to unleash the power of music in service of the planet, moderated by Kiran Bhumber (INTER/MEDIATE).

A TED Fellow, Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and part of the BBC's 100 Women list, Gandhi uses music as a vehicle for social and environmental transformation. Her most recent work incorporates field recordings of melting Antarctic glaciers, blending sound and science to foster empathy around climate change. In 2023, she received the Abe Olman Award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame for excellence in songwriting and artistic leadership.
