Originally from the UK, George and Richard have called Berlin their home for the past 7 years. George is the founder of Refuge Worldwide while Richard heads up the radio programming. With a background spanning video production, live broadcasting, DJing, booking, management and community activism, they’ve joined forces to create a unique and special radio station that’s a community hub in the heart of Neukölln.
