Las noches más lindas end-of-the-year special recorded from Muito Radio in Buenos Aires.

This show is a mix of emotions lived throughout the year, music I discovered via friends, loved ones, rabbit holes on the internet, and random real-world encounters.

The recipe for the "Natilla" is:

2 Litres of Milk (full fat preferred) 3 Cups of "ready to make natilla" (Maizena brand preferred) or 3 Cups of corn starch + 1 large egg 450/500grs of Panela (brown organic sugar) 200grs of fresh, roughly grated/chopped coconut 1 large cinnamon stick, 10 cloves, 3 cardamom pods.

  1. Simmer (do not let boil) milk with cinnamon, cloves and cardamom pods, then discard.

  2. Add sugar and Maizena/cornstarch mix while continuously mixing for 10 minutes

  3. When it is getting thicker, add coconut and mix for another 5 minutes.

  4. Transfer to plates.

  5. Enjoy with friends and loved ones :)
