Dame Street Sounds | Adam Cooke

With Adam Cooke

This is not a nostalgia show but a homage to a time in Dublin that felt exciting and free. On reflection, the early 2010s in Dublin were wild. Student discount on booze, venues all over the city full of upcoming bands every night of the week and an honourable mention the commercial yet brilliant and short lived unofficial holiday dedicated to the creator of Guinness himself.

The club night was Propaganda, the venues were Crawdaddy, Tripod and Twisted Pepper, I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor was an anthem Indie bands were doing DJ sets and all nights ended on Dame Street.

This is the sound of that time.
