Borshch is a magazine for electronic music on and beyond the dancefloor. Mariana Berezovska and Tiago Biscaia founded Borshch in 2017 in Berlin. Borshch discusses the artistic, social, and political impact of electronic music on contemporary culture in and outside the club settings through physical and digital formats. The magazine has become a space to provoke open dialogues and challenge established ideas about making, listening, and dancing to music. For the first Borshch show on Refuge Worldwide, the editor, Mariana and Borshch contributor, Max Graef Lakin, play the tunes by the artists featured in our upcoming Location/Dislocation issue.
