We Are Hiring: Part-Time Position

Refuge Worldwide is looking for a motivated, organised and adaptable person to join our team in Berlin. This is a mini-job role supporting multiple parts of our space - radio, events and café - so we’re looking for someone with a broad skill set and confidence working across creative, technical and hospitality environments.

Experience or interest in the following is essential:

• Hospitality experience, including as a barista or other

• Event production and live event support

• Audio editing, website and editorial content assistance

• DJ booth and technical knowledge of audio equipment Experience or interest in the following is a bonus: • Communications and social media

• Merchandising and webshop logistics

Requirements • Strong organisational skills and adaptability • English required (Deutsch ist natürlich ein großes Plus) • Based in Berlin with legal permission to work in Europe • Availability and flexibility on Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings • Willingness to work across multiple tasks
