Wispelturig

Wispelturig’s mixes are dark and otherworldly. Every now and then she’ll let you lean into a hopeful wave of sound. Creating a vibe both ambient and rhythmic, she likes to move across genres, BPMs and energy levels. Wispelturig is always looking for that sweet spot between repetition and variation, combining patterns and structures that ground us and make dance floors move like one body, with breaks and experimentation that keep our minds from wandering off. Performing both in club and listening sessions, she loves to interweave different spheres and elements, creating a deep trip of textures and melodies.

Wispelturig hosts ambient experimental encounters in her bi-monthly Atmosfeer show at Stranded FM. She is a resident at RRFM and MOVA Amsterdam and founded the Sober Clubbing collective, with the SOBER club series at RAUM and Parallel.
