Vicky Germain
Vicky Germain is a Haitian-American process facilitator for inclusive social spaces and co-founder of Kikili e.V. She applies her expertise in participatory community projects focusing on migration and social revitalization of architectural landmarks. Holding a BA in Film Studies (Columbia University) and an MA in Intercultural Education (FU Berlin), she is currently leading the restoration and adaptive reuse of the former Stadtspeicher in Sandau (Elbe)—transforming it into an inclusive third place that promotes art, culture, education, and civic participation for sustainable regional development.
