Trust

Trust (Rex Victor O. Puentespina Jr.) is a DJ based in Manila, Philippines. His time away in the northern surf capital La Union and the southern city of Davao informed his cross-genre musical taste, which weaves through downtempo, house, breakbeat, jazz, and techno, among others.

Apart from playing in venues around the Philippines, Trust has done overseas gigs in New York and Hong Kong. His radio shows are broadcast live through FM Belowground (HK) and Manila Community Radio (PH). A recent DJ career highlight was opening for Alex Kassian at SadoMasoDisco last May 5, 2023.

He also works behind the scenes, co-producing parties and sponsored events with adidas, Heineken, and Boiler Room. Trust was also an ambassador for Fred Perry Subculture in May 2022.

Trust operates transit records, an online label imprint and club night promoter with his friends, and is a co-founder and active producer of Manila Community Radio (MCR).
