Tone B. Nimble

One of Chicago's best-kept secrets, Tone B. Nimble has been a vital entity on the scene for over thirty years. Growing up in Chicago during the mid-eighties presented a unique experience with the birth of house music. Tone started spinning House, Disco and Italo in the city's flourishing underground scene with influences from the likes of legends Ron Hardy, Lil Louis and Frankie Knuckles. Tone B has explored various styles and started out on the hip-hop scene as core member and producer for acclaimed duo All Natural with Capital D. Alongside releasing international Disco-boogie rarities on his label Al-Tone Edits, Tone continues to curate his esteemed Soul Is My Salvation reissue series.
