Talia Vega Leon

A cultural manager, curator, and former cultural policy officer, Talía has worked across state and institutional sectors as well as independent cultural circuits, including Lima's underground music scene. Her work has focused on implementing strategies for the creative industries in Lima and Berlin. From 2013–2018, she contributed to award-winning public initiatives for cultural development in Lima. Talía also co-founded Menores, an experimental electronic rap group, celebrated for blending rap with electronic music and visual art. She is now the Creative Director and Co-founder of Radical Sounds Latin America (RSLA), a Berlin-based festival and platform spotlighting avant-garde Latin American talent. Talía also works as a production manager, curator, and cultural connector in Berlin, further expanding her impact on the city’s arts scene.
