Spatial Strategies

The Master of Arts programme in “Spatial Strategies” emerged from the vision of an artistic and urban design practice that acts on city space. It tackles the necessity to reconsider the concepts “space” and “publicness” (Öffentlichkeit) in a world that is drastically transforming under the effects of globalisation, and to expand the scope of artistic practices in the social context.

We are a community that values freedom, diversity and co-habitation. We know the importance of feeling a common ground and a common language. We are struck by the ongoing dehumanising processes, the madness of war. We are against imperialism. And we are not powerless. We express our solidarity with the victims of war and raise our hand in demanding the end to the blatant violence, the end to war.
