Rasha Nahas

Over the past years, Rasha Nahas has established herself as one of Berlin’s most compelling voices. With two critically acclaimed albums — Amrat (2023) and Desert (2021), released via Cooking Vinyl — she has brought her genre-defying sound to major international stages including Glastonbury, WOMEX, Columbiahalle, Arena Wien, Colours of Ostrava, BRIC Festival, Pioneer Works, Habibi Festival, and Reeperbahn.

Born in Haifa, Rasha is a singer, composer, actress, and multi-instrumentalist whose work blends raw electric rock, poetic lyricism, and trans-traditional influences, moving seamlessly between Arabic and English while carving out a sound entirely her own.
