RADIUS is an interdisciplinary creative devoted to cultivating community through music and holistic practice. A cosmic nomad with initial roots within South Chicago, he weaves global experience into deeply intentional sonic journeys. Love, nature, and collective upliftment, fuels the heart of his work and vision. Renowned for his improvisational live electronic production sets and expansive record collection, RADIUS crafts immersive, multicolored soundscapes that transcend tempo and genre. Grounded in hip-hop culture, and informed by jazz, soul, dub, roots, afrobeat, funk, house, and beyond, his sound naturally bridges the ancestral and the futuristic. His passions for community, healing arts, photography, travel, and exploration infuse his music with depth, texture, and lived authenticity. Throughout his journey, RADIUS has shared stages and creative space with artists such as Anderson .Paak, Nightmares on Wax, Hieroglyphic Being, Mndsgn, Makaya McCraven, Pink Siifu, J.Rocc, Tadd Mullinix, Marcellus Pittman, Ras G (long live), Oh No, Natasha Diggs, Open Mike Eagle, Nicole Mitchell, Isaiah Collier, DJ Shadow, Jeff Parker, Lefto Early Bird, Helado Negro, Dibiase,RP Boo, Afrikan Sciences, The Gaslamp Killer, and many more. As founder and leading artist of ETC Records, RADIUS has released music on Division 81 Records, Mathematics Recordings, The Secret Life of Sound, Culture Power 45, Compost Records, a joint label collaboration with Italy's Mother Tongue, and a brand new LP, “Alive & Thriving” with the recently resurrected imprint; Consumers Research and Devolpment and Someoddpilot records out now. Radius is also a co-founder of several collaborative initiatives, including Beyond Luck; SEEN&SIGHT (with Detroit-based DJ/producer Moppy); Dia.L (with Chicago vocalist Lailah Reich); LAGOS (with Chicago producer Leo123); Radius & Sam000 (with vocalist and trumpeter Sam Thousand); and Sense & Radius (with MC Sense).
