Reinis Semēvics (R_R_ / Reinis Ramans) is a Latvian sound artist, lecturer and radio host based in Rīga. His work moves between ambient composition, electronic music and sound art, influenced by the many states of water and changes of environments. He has released music on Growing Bin Records and Public Possession, and is part of the community radio platform Tīrkultūra and the Independent Community Radio Network (ICRN).
