Nosha Luv

Nosha Luv is a Chicago-born DJ and curator whose work is deeply rooted in the city’s rich musical lineage. Influenced early by a household filled with vinyl, she developed a lasting connection to Disco, Boogie, Soul, and Chicago House—genres that continue to define her sound and artistic direction. Her entry into Chicago’s underground scene was shaped through mentorship with DJ Rush, who introduced her to the culture and community that underpin House music. This foundation informed both her technical approach and her commitment to preserving the genre’s legacy. In 2007, Nosha co-founded Nice Night 4 A Jam alongside her former partner, creating a platform dedicated to selector-driven sets and the elevation of emerging local talent. Following their split in 2010, she continued the project independently, refining her voice as a DJ and expanding the platform’s reach and influence. Known for her ability to craft immersive, emotionally resonant sets, Nosha seamlessly blends classic and contemporary sounds, delivering performances that are both authentic and forward-thinking. Her work has taken her to dance floors across Brazil, Spain, the United Kingdom, and beyond. Today, Nosha Luv remains a vital presence in Chicago’s nightlife and global House music community. Through her performances and her ongoing Nice Night 4 A Jam broadcast, she continues to honor the roots of Chicago House while contributing to its evolution for new generations.
