Mehmood Ahmed

Born in Hyderabad, Pakistan, and raised in Karachi, Mehmood grew up surrounded by the kind of energy that stays with you, raw, chaotic, emotional, and full of rhythm. His connection to music started in Karachi’s underground scene, where progressive house first pulled him in and opened the door to a much wider world of sound.

As his taste evolved, so did his style. What started there gradually turned into a fast-moving blend of speed garage, hardgroove, and hard trance, bouncy, driving, and emotional in equal measure.

Now based in Berlin, Mehmood brings that journey with him to the dance floor. His sets mix hypnotic hardgroove and percussive bounce with subtle traces of his South Asian roots, melodies and moods that echo the heat and intensity of Karachi nights. For him, it’s never just about playing fast or keeping the energy high. It’s about creating something that feels real, lived, and without borders.
