Mary González Leal works in the DEI department for BIWOC*Rising's EquiNet project. The primary focus of Mary's work is on:

Anti-discrimination
Intersectionality
Conflict resolution
The primary function of this role is to enhance the visibility of companies and self-employed individuals from underrepresented and marginalised groups. This is achieved by the development of support services that are both needs-based and accessible. A significant objective is to emphasise the barriers encountered by companies from marginalised groups and their impact on these entities. In this manner, the objective is to collaborate in order to facilitate sustainable networks and transformation processes for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI/DCI) at a structural level.
