LAZA

Born in Goiás and based in São Paulo, LAZA is one of the striking new forces in Brazil’s Latin-core movement, known for high-intensity sets that blend Brazilian funk, guaracha, tribal, techno and his own forward-pushing sound design. In 2025, he completed his first European tour, with stops at WHOLE Festival in Germany, Razzmatazz in Barcelona, and Outra Cena in Lisbon. LAZA debuted in 2019 with the EP/LP Mergulho via Berlin label Dissolute, followed by Chamas do Cerrado in 2022. In 2023, he released 137 on Colombian label Trampa, featuring collaborations with CRRDR, DRY and K-OH. His latest EP, Fronteira Vol. 1 (2024), deepens his exploration of Guaracha, Funk, Raptor House and Techno, solidifying his signature hybrid identity. His tracks have appeared on compilations from labels such as Mamba Negra, International Chrome, Jupiter4, Low Income Squad, Putivuelta and Muakk.
