Kairavi

Kairavi is an electronic music DJ and composer, originally from India and now based in Berlin. She has always been drawn to spaces where music brings people together, much like her culture where Ragas, the melodic frameworks of Indian classical music, have historically been a profound medium for human connection. Growing up in a home filled with avid music listeners , she developed an early love for rhythm which eventually grew from a hobby to a passion, and now, a career.

Her sound is playful & compelling and she adapts her sound to the moment, shifting between genres ranging from house, dub and techno, combining familiarity with freshness, keeping the crowd energised and on their toes. After playing dozens of shows across India, Kairavi is steadily making her way in Europe, persistently refining her sound.
