Jerreau

Jerreau (je-roh) is a Los Angeles-based rapper, writer, and producer from the southeast side of Columbus, Ohio, known for a hands-on, do-it-yourself mindset - staying closely involved in producing his music and shaping his visuals alongside a trusted team of collaborators. Formerly a member of Ohio rap trio Fly Union, he toured nationwide with Kendrick Lamar, worked alongside artists like Big Sean, Dom Kennedy, and Currency before going independent. His solo debut, "Never How You Plan," earned critical acclaim, an invitation to perform at the 2016 NBA Finals, and a partnership with William Morris Endeavor, along with lasting relationships with Nike, Beats by Dre, and NBA 2K. He followed with "Keep Everything Your Self," an honest look into self-work, and his latest project, "Why Some People Be Mad At Me," honors the natural emotions - grief, anger, envy, fear, and love - and what happens when they're repressed. Authenticity is at the core of Jerreau's art, running through his lyrics and every creative endeavor he takes on.
