BB. angel aka Vlad Kistner, is one of the monikers of Berlin-based musicians, being a producer, DJ, and guitarist, founding a party series, and as part of the label AcidReflux. A devoted explorer of blissful and unconventional sound, Vlad's musical evolution spans from indie pop and lo-fi beginnings to intricately layered, experimental downtempo and forwardthinking electronic dance music.

At the heart of his sonic exploration lies a fascination with the ethereal, euphoric, and elusive — echoes of late-90s art, media, and sound culture that he seeks to capture and translate through his various alter-egos. As BB. angel, Vlad channels a more kinetic and dance-oriented energy, while his second project, xfira, dives into a more introspective realm of performance-based downtempo, ambient trance, dub, and live instrumentation, weaving in guitar and percussion to create deeply textured soundscapes.
